Streamline Tower in Las Vegas began closing escrows and moving tenants in last month. The majority of owners have opted to keep their residence, and have even designed them beautifully with decorators for primary home use and vacation homes. The new 21-story high rise condo tower in downtown Las Vegas is perfectly located on Las Vegas Boulevard and Ogden, just one block from the famous Fremont Street Experience. However, several owners have re-listed their condos on the secondary market, making these first resales very competitive in price as in near pre-construction pricing.
